Two Bronze maquettes of the British conductor Sir Thomas Beecham (1879-1961) in action. The maquettes were preparatory to a bust commissioned by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra which Beecham had founded in 1946, and is now on display in the National Portrait Gallery, London.
