Coalport ice pail (sometimes called fruit cooler) with Grenville coat of arms surmounted by Marquess’s coronet granted in 1785. Garter insignis. The cornflower design likely formed part of a dessert service which included two ice pails, sold in the 1848 sale to T. Fitzgerald, Esq., Shalstone House for £10 and 6s.
